3. Warranty & Maintenance Terms

Ridgetop Dental Group stands by the quality of its dental implant systems and materials. To protect your investment and ensure long-term success, the following warranty and maintenance conditions apply:

Implant Warranty

• Dental implants placed and restored by Ridgetop Dental Implants  are covered under a limited warranty of up to 8 years against failure due to material or manufacturing defects, provided the patient adheres to all required maintenance protocols.
• Warranty coverage does not extend to failures caused by trauma, untreated medical conditions, neglect, or non-compliance with hygiene and follow-up instructions.

Prosthesis / Bridge Warranty

• The fixed prosthesis (zirconia or hybrid bridge) is covered under a 5-year limited warranty against fracture or structural defects not caused by misuse, neglect, or accident.
• Cosmetic issues such as normal wear, discoloration, or minor chipping are considered maintenance items and not covered under warranty.

Maintenance Requirements

Warranty coverage remains valid only if the patient:

1. Attends routine hygiene and maintenance appointments every 6 months, or as prescribed.
2. Maintains proper oral hygiene, including use of water flossers and recommended cleaning aids.
3. Reports any discomfort or damage promptly for evaluation.
4. Does not receive adjustments, repairs, or modifications by non-Ridgetop providers without prior approval.

Failure to comply with these conditions will void warranty coverage.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ridgetop Dental Implants  and its affiliated entities, directors, or clinicians shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Misinterpretation of information presented on the website
• Complications resulting from pre-existing health conditions
• Treatment outcomes influenced by patient-specific factors beyond professional control
